PLUS tutup lorong tambah nilai mulai esok hingga 2 Januari

KUALA LUMPUR: PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) akan menutup semua lorong tambah nilai di plaza tol masuk seliaannya, mulai esok hingga 2 Januari ini, bagi melancarkan pergerakan trafik sempena cuti perayaan Krismas dan Tahun Baharu. PLUS dalam kenyataan malam ini memaklumkan penutupan yang dilaksanakan pada setiap musim perayaan itu, bertujuan mengurangkan kesesakan yang disebabkan pelanggan beratur, di lorong tambah nilai plaza tol.

Pada musim perayaan ini, PLUS menjangkakan peningkatan jumlah trafik sebanyak 18 peratus kepada dua juta kenderaan berbanding 1.7 juta kenderaan pada hari biasa. “Oleh itu, perjalanan di plaza tol dijangka terjejas jika masih ada pelanggan yang terkandas dan tidak dapat membuat transaksi tol apabila baki pada kad Touch ‘n Go mereka tidak mencukupi. Apabila ini berlaku, ia sudah pasti mengganggu keselesaan dan perjalanan pelanggan lain,” menurut kenyataan itu. PLUS juga tidak menyediakan perkhidmatan tambah nilai di lorong keluar di plaza tol.


Justeru, PLUS menasihatkan pelanggan merancang perjalanan dan menambah nilai kad Touch ‘n Go mereka lebih awal di kira-kira 11,000 pusat menambah nilai kad Touch ‘n Go di seluruh negara, yang merangkumi mesin ATM, R&R, stesen minyak dan kedai serbaneka.
PLUS turut memaklumkan, pelanggan lebuh raya itu belum boleh menggunakan perkhidmatan e-Wallet PayDirect pada ketika ini.

13 lebuh raya, 4 plaza tol beri diskaun Krismas

KUALA LUMPUR: Pengguna akan menikmati diskaun tol berkadar antara 10 peratus hingga 33 peratus di 13 lebuh raya dan empat plaza tol sempena sambutan Hari Krismas. Plaza tol yang bakal memperuntukkan diskaun ialah Pantai Dalam dan (Petaling Jaya Selatan) PJS 5, masing-masing pada kadar 10 peratus ketika perayaan Krismas, berkuat kuasa jam 12 malam, Rabu ini, manakala diskaun 30 peratus selama dua hari, berakhir jam 12 tengah malam Khamis ini diberikan di plaza tol Pulau Indah.
Diskaun yang diperuntukkan syarikat konsesi lebuh raya menerusi tanggungjawab sosial korporat (CSR) itu bagaimanapun hanya tertakluk kepada kenderaan kelas satu.


Ketua Pengarah Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia (LLM), Datuk Mohd Shuhaimi Hassan, berkata pemberian diskaun sempena Krismas itu adalah tanda penghargaan syarikat konsesi kepada pengguna lebuh raya. “Pengguna dinasihatkan supaya mematuhi peraturan perjalanan dan papan tanda arah yang disediakan semasa melalui semua plaza tol bagi memastikan perjalanan ke destinasi dituju sentiasa lancar. “Rancang perjalanan lebih awal dengan mengikuti jadual cadangan waktu perjalanan disediakan syarikat konsesi, malah pengguna boleh mendapatkan maklumat trafik terkini daripada pusat pengurusan trafik LLM yang beroperasi 24 jam sehari. “Pengguna boleh berbuat demikian menerusi talian 1800-88-7752 atau akaun Twitter @LLMinfotrafik, selain berkunjung ke mana-mana pusat khidmat pelanggan lebuh raya yang berkenaan,” katanya menerusi kenyataan, hari ini.
